Your new role
As Information Security Officer you'll maintain the information security risk register, engage effectively with key business and external stakeholders, and work with the DPO to ensure all products and business operations are compliant with the required governance. You can also expect key duties to include:
• Respond to information security breaches
• Conduct internal audits (IT, Compliance)
• Be the main internal contact for all information security related matters
• Maintain external certifications eg ISO27001
• Review, plan and act upon customer information security requirements
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest information security trends

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering information security and implementing IT & Information Security Standards, ideally in a software/product delivery environment. You might come from an information security, IT audit or compliance background. You'll also need to demonstrate:
• Audit / IT audit / compliance background
• Effective communication and facilitation skills, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to work in an Agile software development environment with both technical and non-technical teams
