Your new company
You will be working for a leading public sector organisation based in Bristol.
Your new role
You will be supporting the digital public services team. You will be required to analyse and troubleshoot application issues and identify the appropriate solution. You will be proactive on resolving technical issues and you will be able to provide regular application upgrades to provide users with the most up to date features.
You will also be required to engage with 3rd party suppliers to assist in getting the resolution for users
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have great customer service skills and be able to help frustrated users through their application issues. You will have experience supporting web applications and an understanding of experience of maintaining SQL databases. A knowledge of Cyber Security would be good.
What you'll get in return
