Job Description
I am supporting an exciting Challenger Bank with their search for an experienced Senior Enterprise Risk Manager who will come in and support the Enterprise Risk Director focusing on several areas including ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery & Resolution Planning and Capital Contingency Planning.
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified in Finance and have at least 5 years previous experience working in a similar role within Banking.
Key responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate the Banks ERM Committee
• Co-ordinating the completion of actions & updates
• Develop an annual agenda
• Support & co-ordinate the completion of the CRO report to include the identification and management of emerging risks
• To support the review of the Strategic Plan
• Develop, maintain & embed ICAAP
• Develop specific elements of the Banks Recovery & Resolution and Capital Contingency Plan's documentation & embeddedness into business planning
• To support the development of the Risk Appetite Framework
• Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes in capital & liquidity
• Support on oversight of the ILAAP & preparation of the SLRP
• Support the development & oversight of Liquidity Risk appetite
