My client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies, is looking for a Senior IT Manager to join their small UK hub based in Central London.

Your new role

As a Senior IT Manager, you'll be reporting directly into the Head of IT based in Japan. You'll oversee and be responsible for their UK IT function, including: Infrastructure, IT Support, Networks, & platforms. Management of 3rd parties and vendors is a large part of the role with some possible line management duties in the future.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience working in pharmaceuticals/life sciences/biotech industries
- Experience working in small team environments
- Experience managing vendors & 3rd party suppliers

Ideally Microsoft engineer (MCP level)/Microsoft Administration Certification with substantial hands-on experience.
Experience is required in several of the following areas:
- networks
- network security
- cyber security
- cloud infrastructure
- VPN
- Google business tools
- Office 365
- Windows 10
- communication systems
- IT Data Protection compliance
