Our client is looking for a 2+ PQE lawyer with relevant work experience focused on technology transactions and regulatory data protection matters, with experience of working on large, complex technology licensing, outsourcing projects and data protection/cyber issues for corporate and public sector clients. You will be a strong team player, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and be self-motivated.
