Key Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver processes/tasks
- Ability to turn conceptual information into tangible information
- Competent at PMO processes
- Deliver PMO services to the domains (governance, reporting, financial, budget info etc)
- Pick up monthly running of governance and delivery cycles
- Support with reporting and ad hoc duties
- Adapt to agile/waterfall deliveries
- Owning relationships with one or more of the domains (eg budgets, reporting, governance and reporting cycle)
- Be the owner for assigned processes and services, defining, improving and measuring delivery to meet stakeholder expectations
- Plan and facilitate workshops, data gathering and decision-making events that maybe at function or Cyber Prevent level
- Support wider initiatives to evolve working practices and be champions of change
The ideal candidate will have experience in
- Owning and delivering Portfolio Management Office services (end to end)
- Microsoft Office in particular Excel (formulas, standardise data, visuals/diagrams)
- Working within a telco company (desirable not essential)
