Your Job
You will have over site of the team's risk reporting & risk reporting system amongst supporting the team of 5 with BAU operational risk activities. Daily activities will include...

• Reporting into the Head of Operational Risk you will oversee that the risk reporting system (Tableau) is maintained, and that static data is clean and effective to provide a high quality service to the rest of the business.
• You will also be supporting the rest of team with BAU operational risk tasks which include...
• Contributing to the constant development of the Operational risk framework. Identify gaps and ways to improve processes.
• Overseeing all business units and communicating operational risk objectives by educating and embedding changing frameworks to stakeholders involved.
• Delivering insightful reviews to senior stakeholders and delivering communication on how a strong risk culture is an integral part of the business.
• Maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholder, all business functions, and global counterparts.
• Being aware and up to date of regulatory updates and changes and factoring this into your everyday work. Understanding products, product changes, business processes and process changes.

Your Skills
As the ideal candidate you will have ...

• Experience of risk management within financial services - investment management preferable.
• Strong risk reporting skills and experience maintaining risk reporting software - Tableau preferable
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong written and verbal skills & Microsoft office applications.
