Job Overview
• To provide support for all aspects of the company's End Point Security technologies aligning to the long-term vision and strategy for the department. Ensure that the technologies employed are up to date and fit for the purpose of the business
• Represent the team as a key member of the Digital Workplace Technologies team within the Data Centre Technology function.

Key Accountabilities
• Implement and support of Endpoint Security (EPS) technologies delivering high quality services and solutions
• Devise Low Level Design and build activity for all End point security technologies
• Provide Level 3 technical support for all EPS solutions and assistance to other teams where appropriate, establishing strong relationships with all parties
• Represent the DWT EPS team in project meetings and activities
• Engage across multiple functions, both business and technical, to ensure solutions consistently match needs and expectations
• Ensure accurate monitoring and capacity planning is completed and communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Time management skills enabling to be involved in multiple projects and workload, ensuring deliverables are timely and of high quality
• Participate in the end to end service providing 24x7 support via escalation when needed
• Manage the EPS operational platform from a security perspective ensuring compliance with policies and standards and keeping up with industry trends
• Take ownership of high priority active issues and work with all parties to resolve taking ownership of EPS technologies

Knowledge & Experience
Preferred education/ qualifications:
• Degree level or equivalent experience in appropriate technical disciplines

Specific Knowledge & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years previous relevant technical experience gained within a large commercial environment
• Deep understanding and experience of relevant technologies and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to form strong technical relationships across all functions
• Solid technical experience, demonstrating a track record of success as a technical leader and have the ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve mutual success
• Demonstrate the ability to influence senior stakeholders from a technical perspective
• Provide project management information for planning, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation
• Strong vendor management experience. Expertise in driving efficiencies and improvement through product implementation
• Demonstrate skills which can encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice
• Strong experience designing, integrating and deploying systems in a dynamic working environment
• Experience of analysing, assessing and resolving complex technology requirements, problems and issues

Specific Skills & Abilities:
• Experience supporting / installing / configuring an enterprise sized CyberArk system.
• Experience with the following CyberArk components to latest version and/or N-2
o Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
o Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
o Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
o Central Password Manager (CPM)
o Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
o CyberArk Command Line Interface (PACLI)
o DR Vault
• Experience in CyberArk system administration tasks
o Managing day to day tasks and change requests
o Running standard and ad-hoc reports to show compliance and usage status
• Experience configuring various components of a CyberArk environment, including but not limited to:-
o Upgrading CyberArk infrastructure servers to Windows Server 2016 in a large multi Data Centre environment
o Automation of processes using CyberArk REST API's
o Creating custom CyberArk connectors as required
o Implement best practice to improve administrators and users experience of CyberArk
o Application hosting and packaging fundamentals
• Experience installing and supporting McAfee Anti-Virus and Threat Management product set, including the McAfee e-Policy Orchestrator (ePO) and the following products:-
o McAfee End Point Security (ENS)
o McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise (VSE) for Servers and Storage
o McAfee Application Control
o McAfee Endpoint Security for Mac 10.7
o McAfee Drive Encryption and Native Encryption
• Experience and skills in other security related products/areas including, but not limited to the following:-
o Ivanti Device Manager
o Ivanti Patch
o Microsoft Windows 10 patching
o Microsoft Azure Sentinal
o Identity Management (IDM) products
• Windows Server 2012/2016 Management skills
• Microsoft Active Directory management and Group Policy Management
• Proven networking skills appropriate to installing and troubleshooting complex systems
• Incident, Problem and Change management using Remedy (or similar ITIL based tool)
• Participating in out of business hours work for EPS infrastructure changes or incidents
• Scripting skills, Eg. Powershell
• Appreciation of new technology in EPS field
• Understanding of EPS products roadmap and vendor strategies
