Information Governance Administrator

Your new role
The Information Governance Administrator will perform administrative support to the Information Governance team. The role requires attendance and organisation of team meetings, production and maintenance of company documentation, and contribution and support at company internal and external audits.
Responsibilities
Adhering to the company's processes and procedures
Compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements
Contribute to Team Meetings by participation and attendance
Contribute to the generation of the group's knowledge base materials
Contribute to the planning and scheduling of department tasks and projects
Maintaining an organised team diary and ensuring team tasks are running to schedule
Maintain the integrity of company records across the Information Governance remit
Draft content for documentation
Support the team to conduct internal audits
Experience Needed
Exceptional organisation and planning skills with an ability to manage and prioritise workloads
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Innovative and analytical approach to problem solving
Desirable Experience
Awareness of Industry specific regulatory requirements
Experience of working within an ISO27001 environment
Experienced using a CRM system Experience within the Telecoms industry
