My client is a large and fast growing business based in Telford who are based in Telford who are looking for a Installations Administrator on a long term temporary basis.

Your new role
As an Installations Administrator your role will involve:
As an administrator you will work within a team of people supporting a contract for a large customer.
Main duties will include:

• Processing jobs for engineers.
• Speaking to customers regarding installations and repairs
• Raising invoices for jobs
• Liaising with customer managers on time frames
• Working to SLAS
• Dealing with customer queries on the project account
• Covering for colleagues during annual leave

What you'll need to succeed
You must be hard working and willing to work to deadlines.
A competent and organised individual who can work together as a team to ensure the jobs are completed.
Track record of a solid admin background
