What you will be working on
You will be acting as an assistant to the IT Manager in offering 2nd line technical support, training and maintenance across all of the organisation's office locations. As well as undertaking data analysis, compiling and maintaining data reporting systems from the company's database, mainly via Excel.

You will work with the IT Junior Assistant where issues are escalated and supporting the IT manager with executing projects.

This is a tax and accountancy organisation providing business services for businesses and individuals across the South West.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

• Experience of Microsoft Server 2016, Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Previously experience of working in a technical support role
• Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of hardware and software issues
• Report generation/data analysis experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 especially Excel
