Hays Technology is looking for a Service Delivery Manager that will help the 24/7 service to clients globally, working closely with the Lead Service Delivery Manager and stakeholders to support third-party vendors to achieve operational readiness.

What you will be doing:
- Be responsible for maintaining and coordinating delivery excellence to service and quality standards.
- Put in place processes, systems, and procedures for both short and long-term business activities.
- Collecting, reporting, summarising information and identifying trends and solutions for issues that may occur.
- Organise, map, and align activities across process and incident management and develop continuous service improvement recovery procedures.
- Be an integral part of serving as an escalation point for concerns when they arise.
- Building relationships and identifying resolutions to achieve stakeholder satisfaction.
- Preparing and training for future business and IT procedures and ITIL processes, ongoing SLA's and reviews.
Who you will be working for:

What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager (preferably Financial Services)
- A strong grounding in incident and problem management
- Worked in a business process, continual improvement, and operational management with outsourced vendors.
- Experience in working with software development teams about service management in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of ITIL & ITSM principles
