Your new company
A specialist Planning Administrator operating from the headquarters based in Blackburn, Lancashire. Due to the development, the business is now expanding and seeking for a Planning Administrator to support their expanding construction services along with a portfolio of commercial assets.

Your new role
Planning Administrator duties will include liaising with local planning department and departments within the organisation, obtaining quotes for Building Control. Confidently instruct Surveyors and other Professionals, review, and audit surveys, reports and data from asset management
Therefore, your responsibilities will include great communication, ensure all processes run at full capacity to meet deadlines and consistently in line with our processes to ensure high operational standards and provide regular feedback.
The working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (Hours are flexible).


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you will need to have the ability to build client relationships with a foundation of trust and responsibility. Have a good analytical skill set and the ability to think critically, solve problems and must have a strong administration background with a keen eye for detail and an excellent telephone manner.
All data received must be calculated correctly, therefore, an attention to details is paramount, along with a strong understanding with our values; in particular, respect for individuals, diversity, and integrity.
A good track record of working independently, tactfully, and professionally overcoming objections, along with a basic knowledge of IT systems. A pass level in both Maths and English GCSE.
