A brand new opportunity has been created due to expansion for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a large well established corporation in Bristol.

Your new role
Security Engineer required to work for leading international business. The successful Network Analyst will come from an extensive networking background, holding CCNP and CCSP certifications or equivalent. The Network Engineer will possess extensive experience of Cisco networking, switching and routing, excellent Firewall experience, specifically with strong knowledge of Checkpoint, ASA and FWSM.

What you'll need to succeed
The security engineer will be experienced in working in large, high availability, E-commerce environments, with experience of providing network/security consultancy on projects. The engineer will be working in the team responsible for maintaining the high availability and integrity of my client's network infrastructure, with specific responsibilities including incident management and fault resolution, configuration and implementation of new network equipment, network trend analysis and capacity planning, and provision of expert network support.

KEY SKILLS

• CCNP/CCSP qualified
• Extensive network security analysis and design experience
• Strong knowledge of Cisco
• Excellent switching and routing experience
• Strong Firewall experience, specifically Checkpoint
• WAN/LAN Routing
• Cisco Load Balancers
• Understanding of MPLS Concepts
• Knowledge of technical security architectural principles
• Cisco Call Manager (VOIP)
• Excellent communication skills
