To continue our momentum, we require an interim Network Consultant with deep expertise in wireless network engineering.

Your new role
You will define and shape the new Wi-Fi programme and lead the Predictive and RF Surveys, Architecture and Design for Wi-Fi growth. You will perform the implementation work and manage other people as needed to complete the overall Wi-Fi deployment activities. Hands-on experience with Ekahau is required for predictive and field RF surveys, pre and post implementation, enabling cutover from Cisco to Aruba WLAN (some travel required) . You will also review and analyse current and future technology infrastructure and its ability to support strategic objectives for the project.

What you'll need to succeed
Your experience of 10+ within wireless network engineering and other data communications fields will lead to your success. You will have a strong background in Wireless/Mobility/Cellular networks and have a sound understanding for RF designs, RF propagation modelling, site surveys at enterprise locations with tools such as Ekahau or AirMagnet. Professional or higher-level industry certifications within the network engineering field such as CCNP (Wi-Fi), JNCIP (any track), CCIE will be essential. You will have demonstrable expertise in network design with the ability to lead a WLAN design-related discussion with leading questions to fully vet a customer's requirements.
