Our Client are looking to recruit a Technology Auditor with strong reporting, planning and analysis skills to drive forwards the business during an exciting time of growth. Our client are a multi-national business with a pro-active approach to employee well-being and development. The Technology Auditor is a permanent role offering between £35,000 - £43,000+bens.

This role would suit a relationship focused IT professional with a keen interest in business process mapping, risk and controls assessment and process improvement.

Your new role
You will join a team of 20 staff primarily working with the UK business and a some exposure to international assignments. You will be responsible for supporting company wide initiatives including Data analytics, agile auditing and change management across a wide stakeholder base and offering support across Governance projects.

The technology auditor will be responsible for executing the IT Audit plan from reporting, planning, fieldwork and business process mapping ensuring risk is mitigated at all times for the business. You will provide assessment of risks within a technology setting, understanding a breadth of general IT knowledge to support with the assurance process. You you will be part of change initiatives including new application audits, dev ops, cloud and data storage, agile change delivery, cyber security, information security and access management to name a few.

This is a fast paced evolving role where you will can really add value through the evaluation of business processes and process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong general understanding of Information Technology and keen interest in technology. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, working with the business to guide and influence change and ideally will have a risk and controls background. Exposure within IT audit would be advantageous or a current operational Auditor moving from the profession looking to develop within the technology space would also be considered.
