Hays Technology is looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer to help our client plan, design, develop, and execute automated performance testing solutions for complex IT projects.

What you will be doing:
You will work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and will be driven to find better, faster, more effective ways of delivery and value to the projects you are working on. This is a fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to grow and build upon your existing knowledge and ability.
You will be responsible for designing, configuring and supporting performance engineering solutions. You will be responsible for understanding Performance requirements, documenting processes, developing and testing performance solutions and supporting the solutions as needed.

What we are looking for:
• Experience creating Performance scripts and run tests using tools like Neoload/Loadrunner/Jmeter.
• Hands on experience in designing, implementing and maintaining workload models based on infrastructure sizing.
• Ability to spin up environments using kubernetes/openshift, AWS/Azure, Docker and manage using Ansible, Rundeck, Chef etc. including data refresh/setup using tools like Delphix.
