SENIOR / LEAD / MANAGING PENETRATION TESTER PENETRATION TESTING TEAM MANAGER / Security consultant, UK wide, to £110k

I'm a security specialist recruiter, looking to make contact with a senior / leading IT Security consultant / Penetration-Tester, looking to move into a senior / technical leadership role. Ideally you'll be in another consulting organisation now and ready to spread your wings and do things BETTER - Certs like CREST, CCT / CCSAS / CCSAM / TIGER SST, Cyberscheme, OSCP, GIAC, SANS are great certs to have and will certainly add a few quid to the salary, but the main thing is holding your own in penetration test, and leading other technical colleagues to greatness. Perhaps you're even leading now, but feel pressured to act outside of the best interest of the team / clients? You'll still been to be a hands-on person, capable of training and knowledge sharing on very technical subjects, and able to your projects properly, and build and retain technical capability.
