Job Description
My client, a large media organisation, is seeking a SOC Lead to join a brand new build out of their SOC Team on a remote basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for both technical security analysis and strategic development of the security operations team. The firm has a diverse technology stack and thus requires candidates who are able to problem solve and think on their feet.
You will have strong technical analysis skills and have experience working with SIEM and EDR tools. You will have experience managing high profile incidents and have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. The successful candidate will also have experience of being part of an organisation and working with the wider IT function.

You must have excellent communication skills but also the ability to lead and develop talent. Technical security qualifications such as SANS or CREST courses are useful but by no means required; equivalent experience however is necessary.
