Senior Cyber Security Consultant – Remote (UK)
Up to £85k Subject to Experience
I’m working with a multi practice Security Consultancy who want to to add a Senior Cyber Security Consulta
nt to their growing team as they look to meet the demands of their expanding client base
. You’ll be joining a company that due to its size means you’ll stand out and be noticed
for the good work you do.
You’ll be provided with a dedicated quarterly training budget

They’re at the beginning of a period of significant growth
with a projected tripling of revenue
over the next 3/4yrs, this is the perfect time to get on board and establish yourself in a Senior Position
with a company looking to increase it head count.
The role is an opportunity for you to be exposed to and manage the full project lifecycle
from initial assessment through to implementation. You’ll get to work with multiple clients and enjoy the diversity of working across a range of industries.
You’ll take a holistic view of their business and identify any vulnerabilities, advise on areas of security investment, and propose complete solutions to take their security from where it is to where it needs to be and provide the road map to get them there.
The role would suit a Senior Security Consultant
with a broad technical knowledge across the security landscape and a solid understanding of the industry frameworks. This is a client facing role and as such you’ll have great communication skills, a Consultative approach and possess the ability to report emerging cyber risk to technical and non-technical people alike.
Some of the Skills Required by the Senior Security Consultant:
- Knowledge of end experience implementing information security frameworks and standards such as the ISO 27001 and NIS Directive and PCI DSS.
- Experience conducting security risk assessments, advising on risk, and giving risk mitigation solutions.
- Experience carrying out cyber security assessments and gap analysis against various frameworks.
- Certs such as CISSP, CISM, are highly desirable however, your ability and track record is more important to our client – training can always be provided to achieve certification.
