Our Client, based in Shenley Wood, is a global leader in the financial world. You will be working as part of a Support Team within Corporate Banking, leading by example and delivering a highly-organised support service. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, earning a competitive salary of £12.98 per hour + holidays; and you will be working remote to start.

Your new role
As an experienced Systems Administrator earning £12.98 per hour (PAYE), you will perform a range of complex technical work. You will be creating and managing user accounts, resolving security related issues, and dealing with escalations. You will be providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to springboard their career within the IT sector. You will be remote to start, then based onsite in Shenley Wood. There is also the option for working from Leicester.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange, with a drive to keep your skills up to date with IT industry standards. With an understanding of Remedy/ServiceNow Call Management System and 0365, you can deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines. You thrive on being analytical and systemic when resolving complex problems. You must have IT experience within a service environment.
