Hays Technology is looking for a System Administrator who is proficient in both English and Mandarin to join a newly created position in a London Investment Bank.

What you will be doing:

• Be the person providing prompt software, hardware support to end users.
• Day to day management of all IT projects and operations.
• Delivering IT services to staff and reporting on planning, budgets and projects.
• Responsible for IT infrastructure, monitoring, troubleshooting and day-to-day running of IT systems.
• Managing local Data Centre project lifecycle and office setup and support.
• Close working relationship with internal and external parties to implement projects.

They have been at the heart of supporting clients globally for many years and becoming increasingly more aware of the importance of technology and rapidly expanding the IT Team in London.

What we are looking for:

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• At least 2 Years' experience in IT support.
• Previously provided software, hardware support to end users, consisting of desktop/phone troubleshooting.
• Can uphold high standards coordinating IT issues with a timely resolution.
