Private Education Company - Central London

Working for the largest private educator in the UK, you will play an instrumental part in supporting the companies network infrastructure. Sitting at 3rd Line level, you will be the highest point of escalation internally and effectively act as second in charge to the Network Manager.

The Network Manager has also expressed his desire for the role to grow into the network security team. In addition to this, the company has a proven track record of funding staff certifications to assist in expanding technical their knowledge (AWS certifications etc.)

Technical Requirements:
Hands of experience with:

• Nexus (3000, 5000, 7000)
• Cisco Routers & Switches
• OSI, VLAN, OSPF, BGP
• TCP/IP (Cisco)
• Wi-Fi (Cisco)

Qualifications:

• CCNA (Necessity)
• CCNP (Useful)
• ITIL Foundation (Useful)

Desirable:

• PaloAlto
• Network Security (Checkpoint firewall)
• Low-balance exposure
