An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist with one of the UK’s oldest and most forward-thinking law enforcement agencies. Dating back to 1830, this agency has constantly been at the forefront of their industry being the first to specifically use technology to assist in solving crimes!!

Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for a wide range or activities across information and technical strategy, solution development and implementation, and service management. A few things you will work on include conducting security risk and vulnerability assessments for defined business applications, performing impact analysis for information systems, investigating suspected attacks, and managing security incidents while ensuring all identified breaches are promptly and thoroughly investigated.

What you'll need to succeed

You are already an expert in cyber security able to clearly communicate the benefits of effective and proportionate security design and have a working knowledge of UK government security processes and practices. In addition you have previously worked within an ITIL and ISO270001 environment.

What you'll get in return

In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of £60,000 and up to 28 days annual leave. Additional benefits include a Cycle to Work scheme, season ticket loan, and financial services benefits.
