SALES ENGINEER – Security or Cloud or SAAS exp - £90k
My client is a data-driven cybersecurity business that uses machine learning to help organizations security challenges. They are one of the fastest-growing companies in their industry and following new investment round they’re ready to add to their engineering team by adding an energised Sales Engineer. You will be a junior and/or a mid-level Sales Engineer to be their first SE in the UK and their 2nd globally.
As a Sales Engineer, you can expect to take full ownership and responsibility for your projects and clients, from the sales stage till onboarding and thereafter. You will be expected to understand the competitive landscape and how other competing solutions and platforms operate, be a gatekeeper to the internal engineering groups, assist with POC setup and testing, give demos, handle tier 1-3 knowledge transfer to customers, coordinate workshops, assist in customer onboarding, handle RFPs and more.

To be considered for this role, your profile:
- 2+ years in a Sales Engineer or similar role
- Experience working in a technical client-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident communicating with C-level executives
- Bonus if you like public speaking or blogging.
