Role Purpose

This role develops and maintains the unified service catalogue, working closely with the relevant BISOs and leadership teams to monitor and report against agreed SLAs. Additionally, the role is expected to influence and lead business operations and planning activities for Cyber Security.
Coordination, arranging team meetings, and diary management for Cyber Security. All supporting activity for governance and management requirements as requested by the Head of Strategy, Innovation and Business Management.

Key relationships & committees
This role is expected to interact with both cyber security leadership as well as the wider key technology stakeholders within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the Business Management function and works closely with central company COO function.
• Responsible for documenting and maintaining a unified Service Catalogue outlining key services provided by the function and agreed SLA reporting
• Continuously evaluates the existing service catalogue and relevant artefacts and transition these to newly integrated and consistent service catalogue.
• Manages relationships with Information Security’s technology leadership and business leadership, as well as with central Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, etc.
• Schedules and runs the monthly services meetings with the respective business unit(s) and stakeholders
• Responsible for business planning, resourcing and forecasting activities on behalf of cyber security
• Represents Cyber Security in all business operations and planning activities, including global communication events and townhalls
• Ensures coordination and progress of initiatives owned by Cyber Security Leadership team
• Proactively supports Cyber Security in driving process improvements and efficiency
• Coordinates and facilitates of the business plans through periodic reviews
• Reviews financials periodically review in partnership with finance and cyber leadership to check actual versus forecast of run and change budgets
• Performs periodic forecasting of Cyber Security budgets and responding to adhoc requirements internal stakeholders
• Maintains a schedule of external vendors used by Cyber Security
• Works with vendor relationship owners to ensure adequate metrics and KPIs are measured and tracked in line with expectations
• Performs service reviews in partnerships with relationship owners for all strategic vendors used by Cyber Security
• Closely works with Human Resources to facilitate planning and resourcing needs as and when

Technical / job functional knowledge

• Understanding and working knowledge of Business Planning and Governance in a Technology or Cyber context
• Ability to define and implement service governance frameworks and processes
• Preparation and running of Service Governance meetings covering key service metrics and targets
• Degree or Masters qualification in Cyber, Information Security or IT management (desirable)
• Reporting and workflow management integration with cyber security capabilities
