Your new company
Are specialising in providing Cloud Powered learning and training for the education sector. They encourage students to take ownership of their learning whilst increasing the possibility for academic collaboration. Beginning as a multi academy trust they have grown to provide support and learning to over 20,000 users across ages 3-19.

Your new role
You will be leading the service delivery team to make continues improvements and implement new technology to ensure clients needs are met. You will be providing technical solutions to support business as usual, projects and pre sales teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to pass an enhanced DBS check. Have a high level of information systems knowledge as well as SCCM. Other technical knowledge such as; Active Directory, Office 365 and Google Workspace, basic networking and experience with Cyber essentials.

Prince2, ITIL V4 and Microsoft Identity and services would be ideal.
