Job Description
As the Cyber Security Specialist, you will 'bridge the gap' between the technical and internal departments and projects, acting as an SME on relevant technical security controls to improve the cyber risk posture of the business.
You will provide subject matter expertise, such as providing risk-based advice, network infrastructure to determine vulnerabilities, recommending safeguards to mitigate risk, recommending security control providing remediation strategies and advice.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of cyber risks associated with various technologies such as Infrastructure, applications, and an understanding of the latest security and technology developments.
The Cyber Security Specialist will work closely with the broader Information-Security department and across the organisation.
Qualifications such as SSCP, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Network+ would be highly desirable.
