Customer Success Manager – B2B –SAAS - ONBOARDING & RENEWALS - £60k
An ambitious Customer Success Manager is required to join the commercial team for a very fast growing SAAS company based in the heart of the city. The CSM will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the company, working closely alongside their Head of Customer Success and being primarily responsible for driving growth and engagement of a rapidly expanding and strategically critical segment of their customer base.
This is an exciting role where you will work closely with all areas of the company, from product and customer success through to sales and marketing, providing technical and strategic input to maximise the value we bring to customers.

Their customers span from suppliers to end users, small to enterprise and are cross sector. Working with their Head of Customer Success, you will play a critical role in executing and building upon the strategy for customer success. You will be managing, onboarding and engaging with customers and ensuring they exceed expectation and value gain. You will get a chance to collaborate with and feed back to their Product team and contribute towards informing their roadmap and strategy for optimizing their product - you will be the voice of their customers and prospects, proactively engaging their wider team to drive product improvements.

Experience
- 2+ years of customer success experience, ideally in cyber security or B2B technology within SAAS
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate the value proposition and functionality to various audiences
- Strong with Renewals, retention, Up Selling and Cross Selling
- An enthusiastic ‘roll up your sleeves’ up mentality and/or experience of working in a start up!
- A strong interest in technology and the inclination and aptitude to continuously learn new things
