RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN INCIDENT RESPONSE TECHNICAL LEAD:

• Advise and implement recovery strategy for clients after attacks
• Provide consultation on containment methodologies to clients to limit damage incurred from cyber attacks
• Actively deploy tools and technology to develop clients
• Ensure the standardisation of technical quality across forensics investigations
• Carry out forensics investigations for a variety of clients
• Act as an SME and articulate key takeaways for stakeholders and clients

 
REQUIREMENTS OF AN INCIDENT RESPONSE TEHCNICAL LEAD:

• Previous experience working at a consultancy
• Ability to lead incident response projects
• 3+ year’s experience in a cyber security role (preferably incident response)
• Knowledgeable regarding cyber security control frameworks
• Familiar with popular enterprise security technologies
• Knowledgeable regarding remote access infrastructure
