This role encompasses the management, follow through and tracking of maintenance contracts and renewals for the Financial Services Business Unit (FS BU) suite of software products, and the management of PO generation to support Managed Services (MS) business activities. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to; determining all customer contracts with billable support and maintenance, liaising with the appropriate contacts on the account, and internally in all aspects relating to the management/administration of the maintenance renewal process and MS PO generation and closure process.

The candidate needs to understand the customer's billings periods and contractual terms, obtain Purchase Orders from customers (where required), determine indexation (or equivalent), provide advance notice to customers and account managers of increase (as per the contract), then send all required information to FS billing so that invoices can be raised in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a busy atmosphere, demonstrates initiative and prioritizes work well, and ensures FS billing are instructed to invoice for all Support and Maintenance renewals and change requests carried out by Customer Support.

The Support and Maintenance PMO role is a position which resides in FS Customer Support.

Some travel to London and Guildford offices may be required
