Job Description & Summary Technology, Data & Analytics within our Risk practice represents a strategic priority for PwC due to the increasing demand from organisations to better manage transformation risk, particularly with the increasing maturity of Cloud technologies such as SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle Cloud ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and their penetration into the mid market.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to market demand, you will be trained to either:
  • take on key roles in mid market transformation programmes such as business analyst, testing roles or training and change roles; or
  • specialise in one or more of our key technologies, such as SAP S/4Hana or Oracle Cloud and will be part of the security, risk and control delivery workstreams, working alongside PwC Consulting or other third party systems integrators.
  • Monitoring project progress, project activities/tasks and budget
  • Developing and managing relationships with key client stakeholders
  • You will also have people responsibilities including:
  • Developing junior team members through effective coaching and supervision
  • Creating a positive and inclusive team environment

Essential skills & experience
Â
  • Previous exposure to SAP, Oracle or Microsoft D365 (desired but not essential)
  • Good understanding of business processes (essential)Â
  • Good understanding of risks and controls (desired but not essential)
  • Accounting training such as ACA or ACCA (desired but not essential)
  • Possession of strong team working and leadership skills
  • â€
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Ability to identify and address client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships and understand the client’s business
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to develop new ideas into structured, deliverable projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including communication with stakeholders of a non-data background
