Job Description
This start up firm is now 5 years old and, due to recent funding and investment, is looking to recruit two cryptographic engineers.
In this role you will deliver:
• Protocol design/modification and security analysis
• Writing up/publishing results in appropriate peer reviewed journals
• Delivery of prototypes/implementation that can demonstrate the solutions
• Supporting networking team in deploying the protocol modification in network demonstrators.
You should be a Cryptographic SME either coming straight from academia, or another industry role. Both backgrounds are equally interesting for this role.

This role will allow you to work from home, although a few days a month will be required in the office (based in the South of England). This role can't be done remotely from outside of the UK unfortunately.

You should have:
- Strong coding and documentation skills (C/C++, Rust or Python would be ideal)
- Experience in building, delivering and testing robust cryptographic protocols for secure communications such as MACsec, IPsec & MPLS
- Experience of building, delivering and testing primitives such as EAP, IKE, MKA
