We are recruiting for a New Business & Strategic Sales Executive to join BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. Reporting into the Head of Sales & Account Management EMEA within our Financial Services business, this position will involve the defining and execution of targeted Sales Orders and new name customers to our DACH Portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to step into a crucially important strategic position in our organisation.

Accountable for:
  • Leading strategic sales and bid activities
  • Achievement of sales orders from target new name DACH based customers
  • Defining and executing target customer based, new business sales strategy
  • Building relationships and managing target customer stakeholders
  • Management of assigned bid investment spend, qualification and win rate performance
  • Ensuring compliance to all aspects of AI Business Management system and approval processes relevant to new business sales
  • Gathering and providing insight to aid the future development of the AI FS business; strategy, plans, products, offerings and ways of working

Functional Knowledge:
  • Financial Services / Banking domain experience. Compliance, AML, CDD, KYC solution sales experience would be preferred however not essential
  • Proven new business and strategic sales experience and success, including complex digital transformation and cloud based managed services programmes
  • Builds business case led solutions to complex problems
  • Customer stakeholder management expertise, experience and credibility (Operational to Executive levels)
