Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Working as a team member to achieve personal and business targets, promoting team working within the department
- To ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is accurately completed and available to provide management information on work undertaken and system reliability
- Ensure all monthly KPI’s are met and paperwork forwarded to Client in a timely manner
- Ensuring all contract documentation is promptly and accurately recorded in line with contract requirements
- Track sheets â€" input daily
- Gathering of information for monthly reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong Computer literate Microsoft applications Excel and Word.
- Must be a methodical and organised person
- Diligent and thorough in review and entry of data onto IT systems.
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Flexible, can-do attitude.
- Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with the general public, contractors, suppliers, and other outside bodies.
- Delivery of high-quality administration service
- Previous experience with bespoke systems and planning of daily tasks.
A temporary to permanent contract
