Your Responsibilities:

Your role will be to lead and support the execution of key components within the EuMEA communications strategy - leading projects aligned to both marketing and external communications. You will also use initiative and deliver innovative work.
The role is also responsible for some tactical support - including, but not limited to social media, external events management, graphics/video production, newsletter and more.

In addition you will:
  • Create timely, relevant, dynamic written communications and presentations
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build strong influencers/media relationships, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready
  • Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events and international promotions.
  • Work in a matrix organisation with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies
  • Execute external communications strategies in region
  • Attend regional trade events
  • Counsel senior leaders on recommended messaging, channels and timing of key communications that impact the business and customer experience
  • Support CSR communications in region
  • Coordinate metrics reporting and analysis
Marketing Communications
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, digital, graphics, video etc.)
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Protect and reinforce brand awareness in targeted regions
  • Manage relationships with internal and external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Experience and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of external communications strategies and channels, including effective use of digital and video communications
  • Fantastic written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent understanding of developing news releases, proactive media pitching, and storytelling that delivers impactful, positive outcomes
  • Knowledge and understanding of national and regional influencers, media needs and media relationships
  • Experience with preparing and presenting materials on behalf of senior leaders
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize and act with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to understand complex business issues to craft messages for targeted audience groups
  • Passion for engaging in new and innovative communications driving breakthrough audience experiences
  • Ability to travel 20-30%
  • Ability to speak German or French would be advantageous, as would experience using Adobe software
