Job description
•Assessing and advising clients on their E2E architecture, in terms of efficiency, risk, growth potential and robustness
•Understanding and advising on how best technology can underpin business vision and strategy on a functional and capability level
•Have solid knowledge of full stack technology; digital, PMS/CMS systems, financial ecosystems, integration/data strategy, security and access controls
•Have solid knowledge of infrastructure and associated challenges; cloud, data centre, hybrid
•Experience in one or more of the following areas of Insurance sector; General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life & Pensions, London Markets/Speciality
•Develop and own mid to senior level executive relationships with clients
•Develop and own market facing propositions, to drive revenue development for the practice

You will have three key areas of responsibility:
1.Manage complex, multi-stakeholder advisory services for architecture within Insurance technology transformation
2.Act as architecture SME on client engagements, and be able to work at technical, solution or enterprise level
3.Contribute to our wider capability group by developing services and people

Client Delivery
You are required to have experience and/or accreditation for Enterprise, Technical & Business Architecture, to perform the following activities:
•Deliver high quality architecture services to address complex technology problems e.g. assessment, identification of inefficiencies, potential risk, growth restrictions
•Understand and articulate the importance underlying integration strategy, data architecture, cyber and operational resilience
•Determine the migration and end state architecture principles and document in a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture solution document
•Define and deliver architectural governance using standards and principles which align with business architecture

Market Development:
•Work with colleagues to identify and translate potential demand into new engagements.
•Understand business problems and identify commercial opportunities for us. Develop and ownProactively drive client relationships within the market, understanding insurance company needs and how KPMG can bring our services to support them.

Capability Development:
•Performance Manage other members of the team, to develop their careers and support the continued development of a vibrant and exciting team culture.
•Be a key part of the Insurance Technology Leadership team, developing our go to market capability.
