Hays Technology are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Tester to join our exciting and established large private sector client in Bradford. The successful applicant will be joining a leading provider of cyber security who are continuing to grow and expand their team.

What you will be doing:
As the Lead Infrastructure Tester, you will report directly into the Testing Service Director and be responsible for:

• Engaging clients and applying established organisational processes in order to provide high quality deliverables to clients.
• Work alongside Lead Consultants to deliver client engagements and build upon these relationships.
• Up-skill and develop colleagues by sharing skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the service and raise potential improvements to service Directors.

Who you will be working for:
Our client an industry leading cyber-security provider with a wide array of clients ranging from multi-nationals to small start-ups.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• Ideally CREST Certified Infrastructure Tester or equivalent
• OSCP/OSEP/CRT, desirable but not essential
• Able to lead complex consulting projects, often managing a team of testers to deliver quality testing services
• Able to act and communicate professionally with clients
• Good verbal and written communication skills
