What you will be doing
You will be responsible for providing on site and office-based desktop support to staff and mobile users across multiple sites. You'll also provide network and server support on site and remotely to all group locations. The role will involve the deployment and maintenance of PCs, laptops and software. You will also need to support the in-house telephony and network systems. Occasionally, you'll assist in the purchase of site hardware and software.

Who you will be working for
You'll be working for a commercial vehicle dealership which has multiple sites across Northern Ireland. They also sell and supply parts for these commercial vehicles. You will work to provide the IT support for the wider group in which there are many other companies.

What you'll need to have

• Ability to work under pressure.
• A third level qualification in an IT related field is desirable.
• Demonstratable experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Office 365.
• Understanding of basic server troubleshooting - remote and onsite.
• Knowledge of Veeam and vSphere environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, exchange and WAN/LAN/WIFI networks.
