Hays Technology are working with an industry leading Financial Services organisation to recruit a Cyber Security Training Specialist to join their growing Cyber Security Team based in London.

What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Cyber Security Training Manager, the focus will be to support management in building, maintaining, and measuring the security compliance, awareness, and communications program.
You will be responsible day-to-day for:
  • Contribute to executing the GRC framework, methodology, tools and processes to protect technology and information assets by focusing on driving "the human factor" within the cyber security field
  • Promote security awareness throughout the organisation
  • Contribute to the Security Training & Awareness strategy
  • Deliver the Security Training & Awareness strategy including targeted role-based security training to technical and non-technical teams
  • Deliver specific training to high-risk employees
  • Deliver phishing awareness programme including regular testing and supporting training
  • Enhance staff induction process from a cyber perspective
  • Organise and deliver the Cyber Security Month initiative across the business as well as regular activities across the year
  • Support the formal assessment of security knowledge
  • Monitor the effectiveness of security training
  • Help to ensure that security awareness/ training is co-ordinated across different regions/ operating companies.

What we're looking for:
  • Skill in utilizing or developing learning activities
  • Develop and conduct training and education of personnel within cyber domain
  • In-person training
  • Distance training
  • Multi-cultural, localised training
  • Developing and maintaining training metrics framework
  • An excellent understanding of security trends/threats
  • Understanding and working knowledge of control frameworks based on industry best practices such as NIST, COBIT, and ISO27001.
  • Cyber security certification desirable
  • IT and cyber security policies and standards
  • Data protection.
