We are presently working with a European Bank looking for a Senior Leader in Operational Resilience. The position is newly created role in their security department to assume the strategic and operational leadership of the enterprise-wide operational resilience program. The program is converting into a full team and you will hire and develop a team of 8. The business are looking for a strong relationship builder, business enabler who will fully embrace the complexities that lie in a broad program spanning across people, processes and systems.
