As a Resourcing Adviser you will be providing a great candidate experience and help demonstrate that the organisation is a great place to work through leveraging the key elements of their EVP and Employer Brand. This role will partner with key leaders and hiring managers to drive recruitment best practise so you will need to be someone who can build effective relationships and where necessary challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure we are able to hire talent in a timely and cost-efficient way.

In this role you will be partnering with our Technology & specialist business areas and working with senior leaders and hiring managers to ensure we're continuing to attract technology talent of the future, from Software Engineers and Solution Architects to Cyber Security experts and Test Analysts, your role is to enable the organisation to be seen as an employer of choice to tech talent across the UK and drive activity to source these people to current and future vacancies.

You will coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process from attraction through to selection & assessment right up to onboarding. As part of this role, you will also find yourself working closely with the other key areas of our HR team including the Reward, L&D, Employee Relations, HR Services and HR Business Partnering teams to support in bringing our People Strategy to life.

Our client continues to grow which means they need to continue find great talent and with another busy year ahead of they are expecting high volumes of recruitment across the business, so you'll need to have experience in managing multiple priorities whilst maintaining a high standard of partnering across your designated business areas.

Candidates
You will be someone who enjoys working at pace and someone who also has a good attention to detail. It's important you are solution focused with a proven ability to deal with people at all levels as well as the following: Essential
  • Experience in an in-house recruitment/talent acquisition role hiring ideally data and technology specialisms
  • Knowledge of innovative sourcing and candidate attraction methods to attract passive and active talent pools
  • Demonstrable experience of leveraging market/talent insights and data to drive key hiring decision making
  • Experience in coordinating and advising on best practise attraction, selection & assessment methodology
  • Knowledge of working with an Application Tracking System (ATS) or HR/People system
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner, challenge and influence key stakeholders


  • Salary - £30,345 - £35,700
