To continue our momentum, we require a Systems Engineer to ensure consistency across our projects.

Your new role
You will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation. The role will be highly varied and no day will be the same, you will be required to install, configure and maintain software, hardware and networking equipment, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot. You will lead in the creation, maintaining and updating of technical and training documentation and ensure that the security of client and server computers by updating antivirus and firewall software, alongside the patching of operating systems. You will also be required to onboard new users and off board existing users.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and established Systems Engineer with strong and well-proven credentials. You will have in-depth Windows 10, Active Directory and Group Policy administration experience. You will demonstrate experience of understanding and installing AV equipment. Networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, VLAN, Switches, Firewalls and VPN is also essential. Any form of scripting would also be beneficial. Excellent problem solving and customer service skills are also required to ensure your success.
