Job Description
Financial Services Organisation is looking for a IT Governance & Controls Manager to be based in New Jersey. The role will perform IT Governance and Controls for the Americas region and is a single point of failure (1 person team in the Americas). Crucial for managing the risk for the region and maintaining requirements in the Enterprise Risk Management space for Technology.

Experience needed:

• Solid experience in primarily the risk space

• Managing risk framework in accordance with enterprise risk mgmt. framework
• Governing group policies
• Open on years of experience (5-10 years would make the most sense, but wouldn't rule out 3-5 years), just need someone that can train up quickly
• External audit background would be good
• Information risk mgmt. experience
• Could be from a bank or could be outside of industry - open to where they are coming from
• Don't need specific tech skills, but because they will sit in the Tech department an appreciation of Tech would be helpful
