A Managed Service Provider (MSP) which specialises within Cloud and Cyber Security is actively seeking a SOC Shift Lead to join their CSOC team.

SOC Shift Lead responsibilities:

• Solve problems, tune environments and log analysis whilst using an analytical and systematic approach
• Act as a point of escalation regarding incidents which are raised via the SIEM tool
• Working within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Sentinel
• Provide support for the development of junior members within the SOC team
• Ensure the efficient handover of information to the team after completion of a shift

 
SOC Shift Lead requirements:

• Previous experience working within a SOC as an analyst
• Familiar with using SIEM tools
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Defender & Sentinel
