Responsibilities of the Junior Security Analyst:

• Act as point of escalation for SOC analysts with p1 & p2 related events
• Solve problems, tune environments and log analysis whilst using an analytical and systematic approach
• Proactively research new trends to help prevent the occurrence of a security breach
• Generate reports and documentation for a variety of clients to help better their security practices

 
Requirements of the Junior Security Analyst:

• Previous experience working within a security operations role
• Knowledge surrounding protocols and network security
• Knowledgeable regarding security processes and methodologies and solutions
• Hands on experience using SIEM tools
