What you will be doing?
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee information across HRIS systems.
- Partners with stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and creates complex queries / reports to support business needs.
- Conducts user training for new HR hires, and on an as-needed basis thereafter.
- Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), including business process mapping documentation, to enable the proper use of HR systems.
- Administers system security in accordance with policy. Maintains and oversees PeopleSoft security roles, permission lists, security and reporting trees and workflow
What skills will you need to have?
- Provides HR support to global end-user community including data corrections, dept. tree maintenance, report writing, enhancements, testing, training, documentation, and communications.
- Maintains documentation for all systems changes, modifications and enhancements. Ensures compliance with applicable SOX controls and global data privacy requirements
- Troubleshoots production issues and develops and implements remedies and supports data integrations with other systems, partnering with IT, where necessary.
- Provides technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with payroll interface from the HRIS system
