Job Description
My client (A global professional membership & events organisation) are looking for a data protection specialist to join there current team of 4. They would look for two days a week in the office , which can be split between the MK & London offices, though the main base is Milton Keynes.

• Support internal stakeholders where required with the development of Data Protection Impact Assessments, Legitimate Interest Assessments and due diligence reviews.
• Address data protection queries with sound, reliable advice and guidance on data protection
• To assist with data breach incidents, complaints and other data protection enquiries.
• Support with data protection awareness, education and compliance internally
• Assist with the updating of policies, processes, procedures and Privacy Notices
• Provide project support within the Data Protection Office
• Keep up to date on ICO guidance and data protection legislation and disseminate updates to the Data Protection Office
• To support with responding to Data Subject Rights including subject access requests and rights to erasure within statutory deadlines
• Out of hours cover will be required on rota basis to review Data Protection inbox and liaise with Data Protection Manager on any personal data breaches to help minimise disruption or risk to the business
