Cyber Risk Manager, Cyber M&A

Barclay Simpson Security is working with a client as they are looking to expand their Cybersecurity Transactions (M&A) team, which focuses on Cyber Strategy and Cyber Diligence to Private Equity Funds for pre and post-deal integrations (Merger & Acquisitions).

The role:

• As the Cyber M&A Manager, you will support the Cyber M&A offering (DACH), advising both private equity and corporates on cybersecurity strategy, risk, and transformation across the M&A workflow (relating to separations, Carve-Outs, Divestments and Portfolio Value Creation).
• Holistic security understanding of a wide range of Cybersecurity technical and operational aspects of Security and Technology, with a focus on M&A.
• Cybersecurity diligence deals with a combined equity value of over $50bn, across multiple industries globally.
• The Cyber M&A Manager will be one of the key Cyber M&A hires into the DACH region, reporting to the Head of Cyber M&A (DACH) and supported by the EMEA Cyber M&A team. The primary objective is to work with the Cyber M&A leadership team to drive the growth of the practice encompassing; successful client delivery, proposal writing, proposition building and internal enablement.

Please note, you do not need to have existing experience in Cyber M&A. My client is looking for a proven Cyber Leader, preferably in a Big4 or management consultancy.
