Job Description
I am working with a fast growing FinTech, who are seeking a hands-on technical security manager to join their security function.
In this role, reporting directly to the CISO, you will be responsible for on-going compliance with security standards such as ISO27001, whilst ensuring that defensive security tooling is fit for purpose. You will also have mentorship responsibility for junior security analysts within the function. You will be a key strategic partner for the organisation and have the opportunity to work directly with the board, who are heavily invested in ensuring that the security team have all the resources they need to be successful.
In order to be successful in obtaining this position, you will have strong technical understanding and ideally worked with an IT Security, Security Engineering or SOC previously. You will have strong infrastructure and network understanding and ideally, have had some management experience. Certifications are a plus but by no means a requirement.
